Terms and Conditions for the AT&T Williams Official Club and attwilliamsclub.com

[Please note that in the following Terms and Conditions and in all other respects relating to the instructions, rules and guidelines on attwilliamsclub.com, ‘AT&T Williams' shall mean Williams Grand Prix Engineering Limited of Grove, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 0DQ] 

  • Access to and use of this website and all other aspects relating to the AT&T Williams Official Club [the Club] is conditional with your compliance to the terms and conditions given below and all applicable legislation. AT&T Williams shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage to any property arising out of your failure to abide by your obligations noted. AT&T Williams takes reasonable steps to ensure that the information on this website is accurate. Please inform us of any inaccuracies if these are apparent.
  • All copyrights in this website are strictly reserved to AT&T Williams with the exception of those noted below. All copyrights in this website, in particular in relation to pictures, sound, script, animation and other material appearing on this website belong to AT&T Williams. You shall not copy, amend, reproduce in any form whatsoever any such material on this website or otherwise interfere with the website without prior written consent of AT&T Williams. The trademarks used on this website, whether registered or otherwise, are the property of Williams Grand Prix Engineering Limited, are used under licence or with the prior consent from the owner.
  • During the Club registration procedure, you will be required to enter a valid email address and will be allocated a unique membership number. You alone are responsible for keeping this username and password confidential and for all the activities carried out on your account. You shall; (i) inform AT&T Williams immediately of any unauthorised use of your account and/or your password and/or any breach of security; and (ii) make sure that at the end of each session you disconnect properly.
  • AT&T Williams will not obtain data enabling you to be personally identified through any means other than the registration process for the Club via attwilliamsclub.com and through entry of competitions, promotions, events and use of the AT&T Williams e-shop. This information shall be kept by AT&T Williams.  Your provision of information is taken as acceptance that this data may be made available as deemed necessary by AT&T Williams to our commercial partners and associates.  No third party outside these groups will be allowed access to any personal data submitted by users.  We reserve the right to disclose your information if requested by the police or any regulatory or Government authority in connection with any investigations concerning your activities while visiting the site or in relation to the Club.
  • By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and clicking 'continue' to go through to the secure payment facility, you accept that we have stored your email address for use as outlined in the previous point.  Please email contactclub@williamsf1.com if you do not complete the payment process and want your email address removed from our database.
  • When you visit attwilliamsclub.com, we plant a "cookie" in your computer. A "cookie" does not enable Williams to identify you. You must have "cookies" enabled in order to navigate on our site.
  • You visit this website at your own risk. Under no circumstances will AT&T Williams or any members of its network be held liable for damages, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to loss, loss of data or programmes, or financial loss resulting from access to or use of this website or any of the websites linked to it (except personal injury or death caused by our gross negligence).
  • Access to this website may be subject to restrictions. You must therefore make sure that the law of the country from which you have made the connection permits you to access and use our website.
  • Williams is in no way responsible for the content of websites to which there is a link from attwilliamsclub.com.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted with English law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  • AT&T Williams reserves the right to modify and update access to this website as well as the terms and conditions at any time and you agree to be bound by any such variations. Please check here for updates to these terms and conditions.
  • There is no refund available once you have subscribed to the AT&T Williams Official Club (the Club) unless you request a refund within seven working days of subscription or re-subscription.  If you request a refund within this seven day period your subscription fee will be refunded within 45 days. Subscription lasts for one year from the date your payment is received.  You will be notified via email when your subscription is due for renewal and you can choose to subscribe for another year or not.  If you do not renew your subscription, your membership of the Club will expire.  Re-subscribing at a later date will require the issuing of a new membership number.  If you choose not to renew your subscription you must notify the Club via email if you do not wish to receive any further correspondence from AT&T Williams so that you will be removed from the Club's mailing list. 
  • AT&T Williams reserves the right to change any feature of the AT&T Williams Official Club - on attwilliamsclub.com or otherwise - without prior notice and without any alteration to the refund policy noted above.
  • AT&T Williams reserves the right to relinquish membership from any subscribed user at any time if the member is deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or any other legal specifications relating to the Club.
  • AT&T Williams takes no responsibility for membership packs which are lost or damaged in transit to your specified postal address after they have been dispatched from our chosen point of origin.  AT&T Williams reserves the right to change the content of membership packs as deemed appropriate by the Club at any time and without prior notice.  Any changes to the pack's content will be made on the basis that the alternative is of a similar value to that of the original specification as deemed fair by AT&T Williams.  Please allow 45 days for delivery of membership packs from the start date of your subscription but be assured that we will endeavour to deliver your pack as soon as possible. No alternative to the membership pack is available and no correspondence will be entered into under any circumstances.
  • AT&T Williams reserves the right to alter subscription fees for new members and repeat subscriptions from time-to-time at their discretion and without prior notice.
